Finance Manager

Your responsibilities

• With our accounting functions outsourced, your focus will be on strategic financial leadership and business performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Setting financial goals and working with the General Manager to establish short- and long-term financial strategies for the property.
• Maximising revenue opportunities and translating financial data into specific actions to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborating with Heads of Departments to drive financial performance by identifying revenue growth opportunities while optimizing and controlling operational costs.
• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring a high level of accuracy and financial predictability.
• Partnering with key stakeholders – hotel owners, Accor corporate teams, service providers, clients, suppliers, external companies, Managers, and Team Members – to ensure alignment with the financial vision and objectives of the hotel.
• Monitoring financial performance, identifying risks, and taking proactive corrective actions.
• Communicating financial insights effectively across all levels of the hotel to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Being an integral part of the hotel’s Executive Committee, supporting the General Manager in the overall performance and management of the property beyond the finance function.
• Managing the Team and daily routine tasks of the Finance Department

Our requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar finance leadership role.
• Strong ability to process and interpret financial data, with expertise in reading and analysing hotel Profit & Loss statements.
• A strategic mindset with a proven track record of leading financial initiatives in the service industry.
• Excellent command of English; Polish would be a strong advantage.
• Experience in the luxury hospitality sector is desirable.
• A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial optimisation.
• A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
