Obowiązki
Identify and report major order fluctuations between forecasted and confirmed schedules; validate accuracy of customer data.
Enter and maintain closed orders in the ERP system.
Release picking lists for customer shipments when needed.
Follow the full supply chain flow (procurement, production, and shipping) and take corrective actions if needed to maintain high service levels.
Coordinate with external logistics platforms and resolve logistical issues.
Prepare export customs documentation when necessary.
Ensure proper backup exists for each customer account; train backup personnel and inform customers during absences.
Wymagania
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within supply chain, planning, or customer service—preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and EDI platforms. ? as a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level required)
