Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to shape their journey by identifying pain points, qualifying opportunities, and setting the foundation for strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and closely collaborate with the sales team
- Deliver qualified leads to relevant salespeople
- Proactively generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads provided by marketing to identify sales-ready opportunities
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts to personalize outreach and understand key challenges
- Book meetings and generate pipeline for the Account Executive team
- Articulate our unique value proposition to different personas, from IT to Supply Chain to Executive leadership
- Keep our CRM up-to-date with accurate contact, account, and conversation details
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve messaging, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates
- Share qualitative and quantitative feedback with internal teams to improve processes and positioning
Success in This Role Looks Like:
- Hitting and exceeding weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
- Deep understanding of target industries, buyer pain points, and sales objections
- Becoming a trusted voice in early customer conversations
- Growing into a more senior sales role (AE or Strategic SDR) within 12–18 months
Nasze wymagania
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, or pharmaceuticals)
- Fluent in English + one other European language (e.g., German, French, Italian, etc.)
- A proactive, self-starter attitude—you don’t wait for permission to get started
- High resilience: you thrive on feedback, learn from rejection, and bounce back quickly
- Passionate about consultative selling and learning complex value propositions
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation platforms is a plus
