For our Client - international company - we are looking for candidates for a position of:
Your responsibilities
- Independently manage the implementation of the HR strategy across core functional areas including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, and Reward & Recognition
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll in collaboration with finance and external providers. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal controls, and data protection standards
- Manage and improve HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. Support HR reporting and contribute to the management of the HR budget where applicable.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and hire qualified talent, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters. Advise on and support the development and implementation of employment policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal standards.
- Promote a positive organisational culture aligned with company values. Support initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to support employee retention strategies and facilitate the development of key talent aligned with business goals.
- Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of workforce management, helping to build leadership capability.
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with local employment laws, professional standards, and internal policies
Employer requirements
- University degree in HR, psychology or related area
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of HR
- High level of knowledge of Polish regulations around Polish labor law, payroll and social security
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience with HRIS
- High level of knowledge of English written & spoken
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
