Area Sales Manager Eastern Europe (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities

• Support for existing international customers from DIY sector
• Acquiring new customers
• Maintenance and optimization of customer relationships
• Work out and tracking of offers
• Implementation of special customer requirements with the departements in the head office
• Market observation and analysis and the developement of plans and customerspecific strategies based on them
• Responsibility for sales, prices and earnings

Our requirements

• Professional experience in sales, preferably in the DIY sector
• Strong negotiating skills and assertiveness, organizational talent, perseverance and the ability to take a strategic approach
• A feel for customer needs combined with the will to succeed professionally and make a difference
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and an independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• High willingness to travel internationally
• Slavic mother tongue (Polish)
• Russian / Ukrainian an advantage
• Business fluent in English
• We believe that the completion of a dual training programme (comparable to a three-year standard training programme in a commercial profession in Germany) is a requirement, and that willingness to travel frequently is essential
