We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will perform a key role in getting broadband-related ADB projects done on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You will manage projects that allow us to deliver enterprise-class products to the biggest and the most recognizable Telco operators from all over the world. Are you ready for this journey?
Location: Milano, Italy or Poznan, Katowice or Zielona Góra offices, Poland (partly remotely). Be ready for business trips.
What will you do?
- Take responsibility for assigned project management from top to bottom. It means you will perform a key role in project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing in accordance with best PM practices. You will prepare project plans and schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reports
- Direct all resource management activities: planning, scheduling, and allocating people, money, and technology according to project needs and owned resources
- Implement Project Communication Plan and maintain communication with all parties involved – organization of project meetings, internal and with customers. Moreover, you will represent ADB in meetings and communication with customers
- Resolve arguments between internal and external stakeholders
- Keep the budget in check and avoid costly mistakes
- Manage products change requests taking into account various perspectives

- Solid experience as a Project Manager (we are open to candidates with 5-year experience and more)
- Knowledge and proficiency in using Project Management methodologies (Prince or PMP certifications are required) and tools like MS Project or Jira
- Proven experience in managing projects in the Telco/electronics (at least IT) industry on an international scale
- A degree in Project Management or IT/ engineering
- Hands-on skills in risk identification and management, planning, controlling, avoiding and mitigating delays, miscommunication, and exceeding budgets
- Strong sense of ownership, go-getter approach, and problem-solving attitude – Great project managers possess a mixture of unique skills that allow them to achieve the project goals. - Structure orientation – if you like to “deliver”, and plans, analyses or schedules are your good friends, you are in the right place. A dose of flexibility and adaptability will be useful too

Your goal is to understand various expectations and perspectives, but also analyze them and deal with different points of view.
