Associate Project Manager

- Understanding overall business goals of the GBS and how the teams support these goals
- Taking part in coordination of global projects and initiatives (especially in the area of Finance & Procurement)
- Preparing project plans, timelines, toolkits; creating and aligning project deliverables such as presentations, workshop documentation, trackers, action logs etc. relevant for all phases of the project
- Managing all phases of the assigned projects from initiation to the project closure under the supervision of the Project Manager
- Preparing and executing communication and supporting overall stakeholder management, providing project updates on a consistent basis to various audiences
- Preparing reports, presentations and workshop materials for management of different seniority levels; extracting and analyzing project data (status reports, risks, milestones, financials), generating project reports and meetings materials
- Supporting identification of required IT set-up, taking ownership of the training materials
- preparation/coordination and later participation in the training of processes and IT solutions to the respective audiences, including SSC staff/local entity
- Active monitoring of project deliverables status, knowledge transfer, tools
- Proactive risk management and resolution of major issues and risks during lifetime of the project
- Providing ad-hoc support across the GBS department
Our requirements
- Proven track of project management experience
- Hands on experience in transition project and process migration
- Excellent English language skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong team working skills across geographically dispersed virtual teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Team player, highly motivated, flexible
Optional
- Project management certification would be beneficial
- Experience in working in the Shared Service Center environment would be an asset
- Other languages skills beneficial and highly welcomed
- Knowledge of SAP module FI-MM beneficial
