Business Development Manager
Miejsce pracy: PoznańYour responsibilities
- acquiring new Partners, helping them shipping to the Nordic countries and realizing sales targets
- developing and commercializing local sales strategies within the e-commerce/logistics/courier markets
- building and maintaining relationships with key business partners and marketplace operators
- collaborating with international teams, including Customer Success, Operations and Marketing
- creating project calculations and commercial offers to enhance project profitability
- ensure full visibility into the sales pipeline and updating all activities in the CRM system
Division of working time
- 80% Sales activities (hunting)
- 20% Sales operations activities
Our requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales on a local and global environment in logistics industry
- experience in collaborating with e-commerce and/or marketplaces operators to develop local service sales strategies
- proficiency in English (C1 level),
- analytical skills necessary for modeling costs and revenues
- excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

- knowledge about the postal market
- experience in selling warehousing and/or fulfillment services
- other languages than Polish and English
