HR Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Promoting organizational culture and creating good practices in the HR field
• Supporting recruitment and team-building activities
• Supporting various employer branding activities, including organizing external events, ordering gadgets, etc.
• Supporting HR manager in decision-making processes and audits
• Identifying potential HR issues by proposing appropriate actions to resolve and improve the quality of HR service
• Preparing reports, PPT presentations, and internal communication
• Dealing with other HR tasks arranged by HR manager

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years HR/HC experience of providing operations support (preferably gained in an international IT company)
• Very good knowledge of local labor law and HC regulations
• Full time office work in Wola, Warsaw
• English CV & Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
• Open and flexible approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment

Optional

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
