About the project

Now, we’re looking for an organized and dynamic IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. If you’re eager to work in a dynamic environment, with renowned brands, and have an impact on the future of technology—this role is for you!

Your responsibilities

🔹Leading projects within the agreed scope, time and budget leveraging Agile(e.g Scrum) and Non-Agile methodologies

🔹Supporting client throughout the delivery process

🔹Following up organization with resources booking and customer billing milestones

🔹Understanding business values and translating them into development plan

🔹Coordinating and challenging multiple internal teams in order to deliver a product/project (Design, Development, Analysis, QA)

🔹Organization of project meetings: statuses, kick offs, summarizing the project and other necessary for the project, including escalations or steering committees

🔹Foreseeing the risks and flagging them to the management

🔹Close cooperation with Account Managers on data and rationale for business decisions

🔹Looking for potential Change Requests and Opportunities on Client side

🔹Closing the projects, acceptance protocols, and on-time settlements

🔹Working on continuous improvement of existing processes

Our requirements

✅ 2+ years of experience as a delivery/project manager in Agile IT projects (web/mobile & software development) or as a subcontractor for corporate clients (preferably in financial sector)

✅Knowledge of project management tools such as redmine, jira

✅Very good command of English (C1/C2)

✅Great planning skills with a strong focus on detail

✅Ability to prioritize tasks according to business decisions

✅Data-driven approach towards project execution

✅Technical knowledge and understanding of development process

✅General understanding of FinTech would be a plus
