About this project
For our customer, an innovator in battery technology based in Europe and North America, we are hiring a team of Finance experts tasked to build robust, scalable processes and manage day-to-day operations, compliance and financial reporting.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial management best practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial operations, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure business growth and stability
• Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls
• Lead and mentor the finance team to drive operational efficiency and performance
