- Join RT TAX – Business Development Manager (Warsaw, Poland)
- RT TAX, an international company with over 20 years of experience in tax refunds, operates in 10 countries, including Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine, and the USA. We’re now ready to expand our presence in Poland, and we need a results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our network of partners and open our new office in Warsaw.
- What you’ll do:
- ✅ Lead the expansion of RT TAX’s market in Poland.
- ✅ Build and strengthen partnerships with staffing agencies, employers, and other partners.
- ✅ Create B2B or affiliate channels, helping staffing agencies earn more by referring clients to RT TAX, adding important value to their clients, and fostering social responsibility.
- ✅ Set up online or in-person meetings, negotiate deals, and close agreements.
- ✅ Work independently to prioritize your activities and achieve goals.
- ✅ Take the lead in opening and growing our Warsaw office.
Nasze wymagania:
- ✔️ You have experience in business development or sales, especially with staffing agencies or employers.
- ✔️ You’re highly motivated, independent, and results-focused.
- ✔️ You enjoy building new partnerships and have strong negotiation skills.
- ✔️ You are fluent in Polish and English.
- Big pluses:
- ✅ You already have an established network of potential partners (staffing agencies, employers, etc.).
- ✅ Experience in the finance sector, insurance, or tax refund industries.
