HR Specialist for our Technicians in Poland!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR tasks specifically related to our Technicians. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and fostering strong relationships between Technicians and the business. What You’ll Do:
- HR Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes, procedures, and materials specifically for Technicians.
- Database Management: Maintain and update HR databases and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and relevance to Technician-specific data.
- Employment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full employment lifecycle for Technicians, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding/exit processes.
- Compliance & Industrial Relations: Stay up-to-date on industrial agreements, union regulations, and local agreements, ensuring full compliance.
- Mobilization & Demobilization: Collaborate with Coordinators, Project Managers, and Planners to ensure compliant and efficient mobilization and demobilization of Technicians.
- HR Documentation: Prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and subcontractor agreements, in compliance with local employment laws.
- People Site Development: Develop and maintain HR resources, guidelines, and training on the company intranet for easy access by Technicians.
- Legal & Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, internal policies, and legal guidelines, upholding ethical standards within the business.
- Day-to-Day HR Support: Provide ongoing HR support to Technicians, addressing any HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Our requirements
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented HR professional who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You have a hands-on approach to problem-solving and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring compliance while driving improvements. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with both Technicians and internal stakeholders will make you successful in this role.
You have:
- Solid experience in HR, ideally in roles managing hourly-based employees, employment law, and union negotiations. Experience in the wind industry or similar fields is a plus.
- A relevant background, whether technical, commercial, or academic.
- A strong understanding of local labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and union negotiations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/HR systems.
- Fluency in Polish and English
