Location: Warszawa Job Description As Digital Readiness Lead you will work with cross functional teams to define, manage and deliver the end to end business readiness requirements for each release of our Digital programme. This will involve working in collaboration with "Shaping our Future" teams and the relevant functions to ensure that readiness requirements are identified via process review, impact assessment and solution review. You will be working with cross functional teams to deliver readiness needs including structure, tools, training, governance and support models. Main purpose of this role: Prepare the organisation to adopt digital innovation at scale. This includes defining collaboration, new processes, change management and digital adoption strategy for successful digital transformation initiatives Orchestrate the vision, strategy and delivery of digital products and solutions designing new monetisation models Build and present business case(s) for digital transformation initiatives Design the roles of the future in collaboration with our talent and development team Disrupt the current and future digital solutions stakeholders, finding opportunities to collaborate and drive digital adoption across the organisation Main Accountabilities: Understand business objectives and goals, define the ways in which digital can enable them, establish the business case and translate these ideas into a multi-year digital transformation strategy and program roadmap that reflects business priorities. Lead and develop the Digital readiness team working with the Data Analytics Innovation Lead and the Digital Architect ensuring that the ambition is aligned with the digital strategic goals Developing and maintaining the stakeholder management plan, conducting continuous stakeholder analysis, and working cross-functionally to align on strategy and plans in order to drive Digital Adoption Leading business impact assessments, identifying risks and issues Identify, develop and roll out new processes to transform overall organizational performance. Embed digital understanding into the organizational DNA. Provide strategic leadership and creative thinking tied to the analysis of digital trends Develop a highly qualified and motivated team of direct and indirect reports Serve as a key thought leader in helping to digitize the employee experience Drive complex transformational scalability projects Experience required: Proven track record of successfully creating and delivering a digital change agenda as well as a wealth of experience in designing digital products and services that solve both conventional and complex business solutions. Substantial experience across a range of management areas at a senior level, including exposure to commercial/business entities Experience in digital solutions in relation to selection, positioning and delivery such as Self-service, Robotics Process Automation, Augmented Analytics, Predictive Analysis and BI, IoT, M2M, Artificial Intelligence AI, Customer Engagement Portals , Asset Tracking Demonstrated ability to lead organisational strategic planning and to implement digital processes that integrate business planning objectives into accountable outcomes Proven ability to identify, develop and evaluate strategic options and opportunities using applied forward thinking, agile and entrepreneurial approaches A demonstrated commitment to business growth and collaborative partnerships with experience in successfully applying creative approaches to deliver organisational objectives and commercial opportunities Leadership experience with a passion for development people Skills and knowledge: Always win as a team approach Conceptual and strategic thinking with advanced problem-solving and decision making skills, and strong positive influencing skills. Superb interpersonal skills, experience leading an innovative team and have a drive for forward thinking digital transformation An inspiring leadership style that aligns with the digital team vision and values, that is naturally collaborative, is essential to the successful performance of this role Languages: English Additional languages would be highly valued
