Supply Chain & Operations - Project Manager Kraków R9397 Basic RequirementsBachelor’s Degree 5+ years experience in project management (preferably Business & Information Technology related projects) Understanding of Supply Chain Operations environment and processes Broad understanding of business processes, ERP Systems, IT business drivers and Go To Market strategies PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management methodology Ability to coordinate complex assignments Proven change and project management skills, with the ability to lead change across indirect and remote reporting parts of the business Data analytics - ability to analyze, model and interpret data Experience of analytic techniques such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus Ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts Persuasive, influencing and collaborative skills – the ability to develop internal relationships and navigate through the organization to drive improvements for the benefit of customers and business is essential Remote and matrix working – the individual will need proven ability to work in a large, matrix organization which spreads across time zones, cultures and languages Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, including listening, negotiating and influencing Good leadership and relationship building skills Delivery focused, pro-active outlook Attention to detail Fluent English (spoken and written) VIEW MORERole Overview The role of the Supply Chain Operations Project Manager is to manage global projects, scope, and resources for various business areas. This position leads the efforts of the project team and other resources associated with project activity and ensures alignment of project goals and deliverables to the organization’s strategy and initiatives. This role plans, schedules, and directs activities to complete the identified goals while applying technical, business, and managerial skills to meet project requirements of the project team. Scope of Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering cross-functional projects across Operations that are high impacting on improving Cost, Cash, Revenue, Delivery and Customer Experience Responsible for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project Determines and allocates project resources Executes and reports on project schedule, progress, budget & expenses, risks & issues Ensures that project is completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics Develops and manages project communication plan and shares updates with agreed audience Manages changes in the project (scope, time, cost, etc.) through proper change control processes Creates and maintains project documentation Designs risk mitigation & contingency plans Develops and maintains projects metrics Able to identify and promote growth opportunities and maximize added value for the business Meets, as required, with key Motorola Solutions stakeholders to identify gaps in Motorola Solutions execution and propose recommendations Conducts or supports lessons learned as appropriate for business improvement related issues Able to manage and resolve conflicts and drive collaboration to achieve project results Continuously improve built-in & seamless Quality
