We seek for an experienced Legal Specialist / Senior Legal Specialist with corporate background gained in international environment, that would join our Legal Team, providing efficient legal service, protecting company’s interest with highest diligence resulting from legal knowledge in connection with professional ethics and taking leadership on different legal projects across different KCR locations worldwide.
Qualifications: Master of Law, Attorney-at-law title would be an advantage 3+ years of professional experience gained in corporate legal department with strong international exposure Knowledge and practice in corporate & commercial laws, labour & employment matters, data protection, risk management & corporate governance Fluency in English and local language, both written and verbal Very good organization skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Good communication and interpersonal skills Scope of responsibilities: Providing corporate legal services to companies in KCR Group (US, Western/Central/Eastern Europe), including entities set-up and management; Board related activities; insurance matters; cooperating with external counsels Maintaining corporate records, database and shareholder registries, and assisting in implementing an entity management system for the Group Overseeing delegation of authority (e.g. power of attorneys) Preparing, reviewing and negotiating drafts of contracts and other legal documents from Central Administrative scope (Legal, Financial, HR, Administrative, PR & Marketing, IT, Placement - Recruitment), including internal Group agreements Providing day-to-day legal advice on corporate, employment & contracts matters Contributing to ongoing process improvement and problem solving by the legal department Identifying changes in applicable laws, rules, regulations, standards, and as well as related trends relevant to the company Performing other duties as assigned by management
