Customer Service Specialist with Italian

Your responsibilities

• accepting and processing home appliance orders from our business partners;
• checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions;
• clarifying customer complaints even in the event of an escalation;
• entry and release of credit notes and returns according to specifications;
• processing general administrative tasks of the department;
• active participation in implementation of improvements;
• potentialy supporting other markets.

Our requirements

• min. B2 level of Italian language and communicative level of English;
• relevant work experience in customer service as an advantage;
• team player able to work in cross cultural team;
• flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment;
• ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;
• attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
