Master Data Analyst

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement standardized processes for requesting master data creation and changes across key domains, including business partners, items, projects, and service goods.
• Take ownership of data validation activities, ensuring all master data entries meet quality, completeness, and compliance requirements before integration into business systems.
• Ensure data consistency and alignment across different entities, supporting harmonized operations and reporting on a global scale.
• Responsible for the operational maintenance of master data according to agreed standards, including ongoing updates, cleansing activities, and monitoring for anomalies or discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain master data creation forms to serve as standardized entry points for data requests, ensuring efficient and accurate data capture at the source.
• Operate within the Infor LN ERP system to manage and maintain master data, leveraging system tools and workflows to ensure efficient data handling and traceability.
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation of master data processes, standards, and procedures to support transparency, training, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve master data governance, support audits, and contribute to data-driven initiatives.

Our requirements

• Proven experience as a Master Data Analyst or in a similar role with hands-on responsibility for master data management.
• Expierience in Material Master Data is a must have.
