Trade Marketing Manager Office Papers

Your responsibilities

• Work directly with the customers of our customers (mostly mid-sized office product suppliers) with the goal to create a “pull effect” for MM brands
• Focus on customers in Poland for our office paper brand POL. Going forward, we might extend the scope to some of our other brands and customers outside Poland
• Promote our POL brand with office-product suppliers, perform regular customer visits, understand their needs, support them on promotional actions and loyalty programs
• Manage the database of office product suppliers who buy MM products (with support of Sales) and use it for direct mailings, surveys and loyalty programs
• Create tailored promotion actions for office product suppliers (with support of marketing team)
• Manage MM product presentation, especially for POL brand, at office product suppliers, with regards to catalogues and online channels
• Prepare annual plans for marketing activities with office product suppliers and control budget and effectiveness

Our requirements

• 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales or customer service
• Ideally experience in the office supply industry or paper industry
• Flexibility for travelling within Poland (up to 70%) and in the future potentially other European countries
• A strong customer centric approach and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Polish and English; additional European languages are a plus
• Open-minded, agile, and eager to learn

Location: Poland (offices in Kwidzyn and Krakow, home office possible from other locations in Poland, regular presence in Kwidzyn desirable, at least once a month)
