- Manage and nurture relationships with dealer groups, fleet owners and operators, ensuring their needs are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned region and identify opportunities for growth.
- Pursue new business opportunities; expand the company’s presence by acquiring new key accounts and developing existing relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Conduct regular dealer visits and local market analysis to stay informed about trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Use this information to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with the company’s objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Provide feedback to these teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Administration of manufacturer incentives/rebates; dealer network bonus payments.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and account status to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years previous automotive experience in a similar role.
- A self-starter with demonstrated ability to build long term strategic partnerships/relationships with new and existing customers.
- A proven track record of driving growth and development in a KPI-driven environment
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influential abilities to inspire growth and drive business success.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Strong financial and analytical expertise.
- Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel within assigned region.
