Customer Service Specialist with Italian

Your responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and multichannel support in Italian (phone, email, and chat)
• Assist customers with issues related to parcel lockers (remote opening, PIN codes, parcel redirection)
• Resolve problems at partner pickup points and clarify parcel statuses (e.g., “in transit,” “delivered”)
• Meet performance metrics in areas such as Customer Satisfaction, Average Handling Time
• Perform remote troubleshooting for parcel lockers and help resolve technical issues
• Provide accurate information about parcel statuses and movements

Our requirements

• Readiness to work Monday-Saturday 08.00-20.00 for full time or part time
• Paid training for the first two weeks, 8 AM - 4 PM, with attendance expected
• Strong in spoken and written Italian (at least C1) and English (B2+)
• High-speed internet – fixed broadband
• Experience in customer service, and/or Help Desk environments
• Ability to show empathy, patience and ownership of customer issues
• Excellent detail orientation, prioritising and work organisation
• Part-time students are welcome
