Finance Manager

Your responsibilities

• Co-creation, formation and implementation of the company's financial policy,
• Comprehensive supervision of accounting, tax and controlling areas,
• Cooperation with the company's board of directors, management and group CFO,
• Preparation of management reports and their analysis,
• Design and implementation of internal control procedures,
• Managing the company's risk and liquidity,
• Ensuring compliance of the accounting and reporting system with financial and tax accounting regulations,
• Participating in the preparation of the company's annual budget and verifying its implementation,
• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements,
• Cooperation with the external accounting office, law firms and auditors, representation of the company before external institutions and government authorities,
• Verification of the correctness of accounting, accounting patterns and correctness of tax settlements,
• Optimizing the structure and level of costs in the company,
• Development of the competence of the finance department,
• Supervision of the company's administration area.

Our requirements

• University degree in finance,
• Min. 5 years of experience in managing a finance department or in a managerial position in finance and accounting, in a manufacturing company,
• Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills,
• Very good knowledge of applicable financial and management accounting principles and tax laws,
• Experience in the area of transfer pricing,
• Knowledge of modern financial management methods and familiarity with ERP systems,
• Advanced knowledge of Excel,
• Experience in working in a capital group,
• Initiative in improving controlling and IT tools,
• Very good organization of work, flexibility and independence of action,
• Very good knowledge of English.
