Your responsibilities

• Achievement of sales, margin and warehouse targets
• Managing relationships with decision-makers at suppliers and customers
• Servicing and development of a network of key customers in close cooperation with the Sales Department
• Shaping a competitive product offer
• Negotiated prices and optimal purchasing conditions for individual supplier orders
• Preparing ideas for marketing campaigns, business plans, sales forecasts and warehouse

Our requirements

• Experience in distributing disk and solid-state memory or PC components, or other computer hardware
• Conversational English
• High intelligence, independence, ability to work in a team, communication skills, internal motivation and customer orientation
• Master's or at least bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, marketing, IT, electronics, or related
• Proficiency in MS Office

3. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted in all matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of subjective rights in writing to the address of the Controller's registered office or via e-mail: privacy.pl@also.com.
4. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
a. in the case of participation in a recruitment process under which employment will take place on the basis of an employment contract: in order to perform obligations resulting from the provisions of law, related to the employment process, including in particular the Labour Code – the legal basis for the processing is a legal obligation to which the controller of your personal data is subject (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR)) in connection with the provisions of the Labour Code), and in the scope of data not required by law – the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
b. in the case of participation in a recruitment process under which employment will take place on the basis of a civil law contract (e.g. B2B contract or contract of mandate) – the legal basis for the processing of data contained in application documents is taking action before concluding the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), and to the extent that you have also provided optional data – the legal basis for the processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
c. assess the final candidate, verify your qualifications and skills and determine the terms of work/cooperation - the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting in effective recruitment and selection of the right candidate for work;
d. complete the formalities after the selection of the final candidate, including the creation of a profile in the Controller's internal systems and the creation of a user account – the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), consisting in ensuring an efficient recruitment process and the implementation of the final candidate to the Controller's organization;
e. conducting future recruitment processes, if you consent to participate in them – the legal basis for the processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
f. establishing or pursuing claims or defending against such claims by the Controller – the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
5. Your personal data may be transferred to entities providing services to the Controller in connection with recruitment processes, such as operators of recruitment portals, recruitment agencies, as well as to providers of IT systems and IT services.
6. Your personal data may also be transferred to companies that are part of the ALSO Group, if the specific nature of the position you are applying for involves cooperation at group level. In this respect, there may also be a transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area. In this case, the transfer will take place with an adequate level of protection, including by transferring the data
