What is an Individual Action Plan?

An Individual Action Plan will specify:

  • activities planned for self-realisation in order to look for a job;
  • planned dates of implementation of individual activities;
  • forms, planned number and dates of contacts with the employment agent, vocational counselor or other employees of the employment office;
  • the date and conditions for completing the implementation of the individual action plan.\

During the implementation of the Individual Action Plan, the employment office will contact you at least once every 60 days in order to monitor the situation and progress in the implementation of the activities envisaged for you. This contact can be made in the form of a meeting, telephone conversation or exchange of information by e-mail or post.
