Structural pension

Structural pension may be granted to a person who fulfils all the requirements provided in the act of 30 April 2004 on early retirement. The said requirements may be divided into two groups. The first one contains requirements to be fulfilled by all the applicants, the second - special requirements such as: seniority, age, reasons of employment contract termination, etc.
What requirements have to be satisfied by all the applicants?
Structural pension may be granted to the person who:
- for a period of at least 180 days received the unemployment benefit,
- is still registered as an unemployed person,
- while receiving the unemployment benefit did not refuse without a legitimate reason a proposal of suitable employment or another paid activity, or another form of aid offered by the district labour office,
- submits an application for structural pension within 30 days since the issue of a document attesting the 6-month period of receiving the unemployment benefit,
- submits an application within 14 days from the day of termination of the employment contract concluded as a consequence of assignment to carry out public works, intervention works or other paid work, if within the period of receiving the unemployment benefit performed other paid work or was employed in view of the Act Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions or was employed in intervention works, public works and carried out one of those until after the 6-month period of receiving the unemployment.
What special requirements have to be satisfied by the applicants?
For the applicant to be granted the structural pension, one of the following requirements has to be fulfilled:

What is the amount of the structural pension?
Since March the 1st, 2024 the structural pension amounts to 1794,70 PLN gross. Structural pension is subject to periodic valorisation which is conducted on the terms and within time limits provided in the act of 30 April 2004 on early retirement.
