The organizer of the Centre

From January 1, 2013, the Voluntary Labor Corps continue to maintain the results of the "Green Line Information and Consultation Center of Employment Services" project, implemented by the Human Resources Development Center under contract No. PO KL. 01.01.00-00-003/08-00 of September 24, 2008.

The functioning of CIKSZ Zielona Linia in the structure of the Voluntary Labor Corps is carried out on the basis of:

(1) Decision No. 2 of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of September 4, 2012 on maintaining the sustainability of the results of the system project implemented by the Human Resources Development Center under contract No. PO KL. 01.01.00-00-003/08-00 of September 24, 2008, entitled "Green Line. Information and Consultation Center of Employment Services”,

(2) Decision No. 1 of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of August 16, 2017 on maintaining the sustainability of the results of the system project entitled "Green Line. Information and Consultation Center of Employment Services”

(3) Decision No. 6 of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of October 9, 2019 amending the decision on maintaining the durability of the results of the system project entitled "Green Line. Information and Consultation Center of Employment Services”.

(4) Decision No. 1 of the Minister of Family and Social Policy of October 6, 2022 on maintaining the durability of the results of the system project entitled "Green Line. Information and Consultation Center of Employment Services”.
TZielona Linia Information and Consultation Center of Employment Services is supported and managed by the Zielona Linia Team, which is an organizational unit of the Headquarters of the Voluntary Labor Corps.

 

The Voluntary Labor Corps is a state budgetary unit supervised by the Minister of Family and Social Policy. OHP is a labor market institution that performs the tasks specified in the Act on labor market institutions and employment promotion, specializing in activities for the benefit of young people, in particular young people at risk of social exclusion, and the unemployed under 25 years of age.

The main tasks of the OHP include:

  • supporting the education system through social, professional and economic activation of young people,
  • undertaking actions aimed at improving professional qualifications or retraining,
  • supporting initiatives aimed at counteracting unemployment and education in the work process, including organizing employment and organizing international youth cooperation.

The main objective of OHP's activity is to create conditions for proper social and professional development of young people - including special activities aimed at disadvantaged youth, for whom support consists in building a system of assistance for the weakest groups, organizing and supporting forms of getting out of poverty, unemployment and social pathologies.
