If you are on the maternity leave, or parental leave you are embraced with a special protection against dismissal. An employer cannot dismiss you or terminate the contract with you, or make termination amending the contract of employment during your being at all the above-mentioned leaves. Exceptions: If your company is not under bankruptcy or liquidation, the employer has no right to dismiss you from work during your maternity leave and parental leave!Special protection
