  • support in the recruitment process – it is the help in selecting candidates for a post that requires special psychological and physical predispositions, which is based on diagnosing predispositions of the unemployed and those seeking employment or directing people to undergo specialized psychological examinations that form the basis for issuing assessment of vocational suitability for a work or occupation,
  • support of vocational development – that is to say, vocational counselling for you your workers concerning training courses and information about the labour market.

Every employer can obtain this kind of support from the labour office.
