Trade Marketing Specialist

Your responsibilities
- Co-create and implement trade marketing activities that support sales and brand development.
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments, as well as external partners, on project execution.
- Prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations based on sales and market data.
- Coordinate document workflows and support operational processes related to product launches and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and support communication with clients.
- Oversee the distribution of POS materials and support merchandising activities.
- Collaborate on the launch of new products to the market.
- Carry out day-to-day tasks and projects related to the trade marketing function.
Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field).
- At least 1 year of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, sales support, or marketing, preferably within the FMCG or beauty industry.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Communicative level of English (minimum B2).
- Familiarity with AI tools will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian will be considered an additional advantage.
