Benefits of flexible forms of employment

The employment of a teleworker is beneficial for both of the parties – the employer and employee.

The employer, introducing flexible forms of employment, as well as hiring teleworkers can significantly reduce the cost of maintaining the office, the savings may be up to 30-40 percent. This gives the employer the opportunity for the development of additional resources, and he can therefore for example hire highly skilled professionals, who until now seemed unreachable. It happens very often that they agree on flexible forms of employment, working within their own business or as freelancers.

From the employee’s point of view the biggest advantage is the independence from employers, autonomy in determining the time and place of work. The nature of this type of employment allows the professional activity of these groups of people who would have difficulty with employment performed in the traditional way. There are included young mothers, who wish to return to the labour market; people with disabilities; students, who because of the studies cannot perform duties in the specified place and time, and other persons, who for some other reasons cannot perform full-time job.

An important argument in favor of employment in the form of teleworking is saving time and money - teleworker does not have to bear the cost of commuting to work or moving to another city, and the time spent on commuting he can use for additional work, study or rest.

Thanks to the flexible forms of employment, the employee may take up employment in a number of different companies at the same time, thus gaining a variety of experience and of course additional funds.

Flexible employment is the future of the Polish labor market. Do remember it!
