Contract for a specified task
Employment contract for a specified task is a civil-law agreement, that is not subject to the Labour Code provisions, it is regulated by the Civil Code.
As a result of a contract of specific work, the person accepting the order shall assume the obligation to make a specified work, and the orderer, to pay the remuneration to him. The remuneration for the specific work should be stated in the contract, however it is not obligatory to determine the amount. Instead of the amount the contract may include information about how the remuneration is going to be calculated. The information should comprise the details regarding the orderer’s requirements, and what may lead to granting higher or lower pay.
Contributions paid
Contract for a specified task is not subject to social security contributions, which means that the contributions to old-age pensions, disability pension, sickness and work accident insurance are not paid. Health insurance contributions also are not paid. However there is one exception – the above mentioned contributions are paid in case the contract for a specified task is concluded with the employee already hired on the basis of the employment contract.

Income tax payment is obligatory.
Remember!
Working only on the basis of the contract for a specified task does not entitle the person to take advantage of the medical care free of charge. It also does not entitle the person to the unemployment benefit.
